90s/Y2K Kid Trapped in an Adult Body
Every day I challenge myself to spark creativity by reaching out to my inner child that knew anything is possible. Being Colombian and immigrating to the USA with my family at the ripe age of 5 years old has always been my motivation to expand my mind on what I want to accomplish in life.
I am the first in my family to graduate high school, graduate college, work for a huge corporation and still continue to strive for more. I earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Multimedia and Film from Florida Atlantic University. After College, before landing my first corporate job I was in the midst of completely losing the last ounce of serotonin I had left. When I realized that there has to be a way to create vibrance from darkness. I picked up my Kolor palette and got to work.
In order to push my career and help my mental health I had to keep creating on every outlet I could. As a true multimedia artist I learned to adjust to a new era of technology and keep learning new programs and ways to create visuals for how I escape the everyday world, while also fully embracing the classic and hands on forms of expression. I’m a halloween baby and I love all things spooky and dark but thanks to my vibrant culture I also embrace the light and all the colors of the spectrum.
I want to help others shatter their tiny aquariums of reality. The goal is not only to create but to have a safe space and a community for all creatives and be a helpful source for new people joining the NFT Space. I’m a huge advocate for mental health as much as physical health. As well, as how to balance out the highs and the lows. I stay in tune with the political and global climate and will always stand up for what I believe in.
I’ve gotten a taste of the arts, the web 3 community, the big cities, the digital nomad life, and the world traveling artist I plan on becoming and I am ready to fully dive in.
